Bookings and Hire Charges
Application for the use of either hall or committee rooms must be made on the booking form, obtainable here, or from the village hall booking office, or from nearby shops.
Please post your completed booking form and payment to Forest Row Village Hall, The Square, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5ES, or drop it off in person on Wednesdays or Fridays between 10 and 12. Once approved, the bookings clerk will be in touch to confirm the booking.

Notes
- The above charges apply up to the hour of midnight. If an extension is required, or a booking runs over time, an additional £30 will be charged per hour or parts thereof.
- Minimum booking is for two hours
- Ten per cent discount is available for multiple bookings of ten or more
- At least 14 days' notice is required for cancellations, otherwise two-thirds of the rate is payable
- A Resident is a person living in the civil parish of Forest Row
- We regret that there are no reductions for charities
- Please note that bookings must include preparation and clearing-up time
- Halls are to be left in a clean condition by the hirer and evacuated by midnight, unless an extension to 1am has been agreed. Failure to comply will result in the forfeit of the deposit
- If an alcohol licence is required, hirers must apply to the village hall using the Alcohol Licence Form when making a booking; hirers are required to submit two copies of the form.

Other Hiring
Our tables and chairs may be loaned for other, non-village hall, events for a small donation. We suggest the following rates:
- Trestle tables: £2 each
- Card tables: £1 each
- Bridge tables: £2 each
Of course, if you require tables etc for your village hall event, the use of these is included in your booking fee.
