I teach HATHA YOGA, this gentle form of YOGA is suitable for all ages and abilities and my aim is to introduce you to the joys of movement through relaxed fun classes, the beginners class will get you moving and return flexibility to your joints through controlled calm movements with stretching & balanced poses at the core. HATHA yoga is the basic entry level for you to start to learn YOGA from there you can move on to the advanced classes or even try one of the many different YOGA styles on offer.
