Classical Ballet

Safe, interesting, choreographed exercises set to beautiful, inspiring music. I cannot think of a more productive way to keep our bodies fit, toned & healthy, our mind active and our spirits lifted with positive energy. Ballet is the most beneficial exercise to keep our bodies fit and healthy.

General and Exercise Level Classes

At a general level, the simple exercises for posture and balance are invaluable in keeping the spine strong, the muscles toned and stretched and general day to day movement energised. As we progress, we activate the mind to learn more intricate moves, the exercises become more challenging with use of space, turns, travelling steps and jumps, all choreographed to specialised music.

It is never too late to start, 18 or 80 years old, I adapt the exercises to suit each and every dancer.
