Pilates Class every Tuesday term time including half terms at 0915-1015, Freshfield Hall. We start with a standing section of approximately 15 minutes to build strength, stamina, flexibility and improve posture. It is then followed by floorwork based on the Classic 34 Pilates Exercises. As I have been teaching for over 30 years I draw from my experience of Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Yoga and Silat to compliment specific exercises and adaptations for individual participants.
£7.50 drop-in rate. Reduction for term in advance.
This class has been running from this venue for over 16 years and it is generally assumed that class members have covered the basic principles of the method. However, it is possible to join in if you have experience of other movement classes. I can also offer 1:1 in order to progress the individual.
