Please note: there may be set up and take down times either side of a listed event (except for Private Events). This is because each public event listed in the calendar is the actual time of the event and does not include set up and take down times. These times before and after an event will depend on the type of event being held. Private events in the calendar include set-up and take-down times. Whatever the case, the hall manager will clarify any conflicts/overlaps.

Private events are by invitation only (i.e. not open to the public), for example, weddings, birthday parties, etc. No details of a private event will be displayed in the events calendar. Once submitted, your form will be received by the Hall Manager who will verify all details, send confirmation, as well as request payment. Full payment, plus a returnable deposit is required before your event can be fully confirmed.
